From quartzite to furnace lining
Our silica ramming mass is manufactured from quartzite, with controlled particle sizing and a homogeneous chemical binder mix. It is used in iron and steel melting and is suitable for coreless induction furnaces up to 50 MT.
A stable lining supports furnace operation and metallurgical control while resisting thermal shock and erosion.
